August 2019: We have created another signup list in our TeslaCon Fans Facebook group for anyone who is still looking to book a regular room or a suite at the Madison Marriott West.

If you have booked already and you'd like to add dates outside of the available booking range of Wednesday, Nov. 13th through Monday, Nov. 18th, reserve whatever dates you can, and call the hotel to add the additional dates at the convention rate. For issues with making an online reservation, please contact us here or via private message on our TeslaCon Facebook page.

May 2019: Due to the Madison Marriott West's renovation, booking has been delayed significantly this year, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have been given the green light to start booking our rooms so please read carefully.

 

This is in regards to those wanting to stay at the venue hotel, Madision Marriott West. Here's how booking will work this year. Starting with those who filled out a hotel card last year during pre-registration last year at TeslaCon 9, you will receive an email (the one you wrote down on the hotel card) within the next several days from Eric Larson with the subject line "TeslaCon rooms" notifying you to book your room within the next few days, the sooner the better. Just follow the booking link given so you can be on the convention block and receive the convention rate.

 

As of May 9th at 12:00pm CST, we have started emailing pre-registration guests and will continue to do so within the next few days. Please do not share this booking link with anyone else because we are only accepting reservations for pre-registered guests that are on the hotel list right now. Those with special needs / room placement requests will be taken care of starting next week and done so manually.
